  33. .I Psc
  34. is used to prepare data for input to the spread sheet calculator
  35. .I sc(1).
  36. It accepts normal ascii data on standard input.  Standard output
  37. is a
  38. .I sc
  39. file.
  40. With no options, 
  41. .I psc
  42. starts the spread sheet in cell A0.  Strings are right justified.
  43. All data on a line is entered on the same row; new input lines
  44. cause the output row number to increment by one.  The default delimiters
  45. are tab and space.  The column formats are set to one larger
  46. than the number of columns required to hold the largest value
  47. in the column.

  49. Options:
  50.  
  51. .IP "\-f"
  52. Omit column width calculations.  This option is for preparing
  53. data to be merged with an existing spreadsheet.  If the option is not
  54. specified, the column widths calculated for the data read by
  55. .I psc
  56. will override those already set in the existing spreadsheet.

  58. .IP "\-L"
  59. Left justify strings.
  60.  
  61. .IP "\-k"
  62. Keep all delimiters.  This option causes the output cell to change on
  63. each new delimiter encountered in the input stream.   The default
  64. action is to condense multiple delimters to one, so that the cell only
  65. changes once per input data item.

  67. .IP "\-r"
  68. Output the data by row first then column.  For input consisting of a single
  69. column, this
  70. option will result in output of one row with multiple columns
  71. instead of a single
  72. column spread sheet.

  75. Start the top left corner of the spread sheet in
